Found this place on yelp as we were driving and awesome food with very friendly down to earth staff! We had ham and cheese grinder with onion rings and sauce...broccoli bites and 3 slices of different pizzas. Great food...great service..couldn't ask for more!

Good food, been a diehard Dominic's customer for years and my friend Nick told me they had a good Itallian hoagie so when my wife was in a mood for one I thought we'd try them out. She said it was very good made with high quality meats. I got a cheesesteak and cheese fries, both excellent. I may stick with Dominic's for the Brooklyn pie, but Gabriel's II is the new choice for all else.

We usually order from the other local pizza place in the area and are never happy with what we get whether it's pizza (where the cheese is falling off the pizza) or a dinner (which they usually get partially wrong). For the last three times, we decided to order from Gabriels. What a difference. First of all, they're actually happy when you call them compared to the other place where they are beyond miserable. The food is unbelievable for a takeout Italian place. We've ordered and loved the chicken parmigiana, chicken marsala, eggplant parmigiana, meatballs and spaghetti and a few other sandwiches. When we're finished eating, we all say that we can't believe how good it was. Tonight my husband went to pick up the food and he was grabbing it as he was leaving and the guy behind the counter stopped him and offered to get him a box to make the carrying a little bit easier. This is the kind of place this is. I will never go back to the other place. Why would I when this one is so great? Kudos to Gabriels and all the employees there.

After reading a lot of reviews, I really wanted to like this place. Especially because it's less than 5 minutes away and delivers. But we waited an hour for just OK pizza. Maybe some people like this kind of pizza, but I am not a fan of sweet sauce. When we got the pizza it was lukewarm and I had to put it in the oven to heat it up. There was nothing special about it, it was very generic and unmemorable. We'may give it another chance, but only if we're too lazy to go pick up some from a place that doesn't deliver. There are plenty of good places around Hopewell Twp. that do pizza right. I would definitely recommend it over ordering from any place like pizza hut or dominos. It's better to support local businesses than those chains!

Very friendly staff, they go out of their way to give good service. Pizza is really good right out of the oven and reasonably priced with good portions. The outside seating is nice too. As other have mentioned its the sweeter sauce style of pizza (NY Style maybe?) We also love Dominic's but there's room for 2 sheriffs in this town! If you want a quick simple meal its a great place...

Stopped in last night for a really quick slice on the way to church. I am VERY picky about pizza...the sauce cannot be sweet...the crust cannot be doughy...not too much cheese, but not too little either...Man, I'm from Brooklyn, wadayawant! Well, I am happy to report my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. Good plain pizza! We will be back. Like the undecor, and the guys behind the counter. Good going Gabriel's.

Good pie... Not my favorite, but they do deliver and they offer many selections! The salads are always fresh and the location is clean! Check them out! You won't be disappointed!

They deliver which is nice. But I've had it three separate times months apart, it's the saltiest pizza I've had in a while, kind of like the cheap ones I used to eat in college. I thought it was the cheese that made it salty. Sauce is on the sweet side, if you like that kind of thing. Took the cheese off and didn't help. It's the dough. Please adjust that, and I would consider it again.

Gabriel's II is this unassuming little joint on the side of the road approximately seven miles outside of New Hope. Step inside and you'll find a friendly staff who are always greet you hello and chit-chat with the regulars. This is mainly a takeout place. There is a small counter going around one of the walls and a few places outside to sit when it's warm, but people don't generally go here for the decor. The food, though, is great. This is your tried and true NY style crust, nice and floppy where it needs to be, yet crisp in all thr right places. Gabriel's sauce and cheese ratio is also perfect, with the sauce hitting the right balance between sweet and tangy. You can order by the slice, or get a whole pie with a variety of toppings. Gabriel's also specializes in their own creations, one of the best being a sort of mashed potato and bacon dealio. Other faves include a great cheesesteak variation and a buffalo chicken pie as well. But the standard plain slice is where you want to start to get the full appreciation of Gabriel's pizza. After you've tried that, then go for the gusto. This place also has all the other standard pizza joint food, with the honey bbq wings being especially delicious. In fact, Gabriel's has some of the best wings I've had in this and the surrounding areas, period. So if for nothing else, stop by to check them out. There are also salads, sandwiches, and even some morning fare if I'm not mistaken. According to in-store signage they also do a heck of a catering service as well. Gabriel's II has become a quick addition to my fave eateries and is more than worth stopping by if you're in the area. Just be sure not to blink too much on your way or you might actually miss it. Definitely one of those hidden gems that's only a short distance outside of Philly.

The pizza is good. I got the veggie pizza and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were good as well as the marinara sauce. There's only a counter to sit inside and picnic tables for outside.

Stopped at this place for lunch while on a day trip to the area....chose it over the other pizzeria in town due to its good reviews. We could not have been more happy with our choice! Got half buffalo chicken and half upside down pie ( I think that's what it was called...) We loved it and ate almost the entire pie in one sitting. The staff was extremely friendly also! Wish we lived in the area so we could frequent this place more often! Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a great meal.
